Undertaking the First Step Training ‘Cocktail Masterclass’ will arm you with the skills, knowledge and confidence that you need to succeed in the ultra-competitive and desirable vocation that comes with being a Cocktail master.

PREREQUISITES
There are no formal prerequisites for the ‘Cocktail Masterclass’, just an enthusiastic attitude and love for Hospitality (especially fancy drinks).
WHAT YOU LEARN
The course will cover everything you need to know, from pouring beers to tapping kegs to making cocktails and providing outstanding customer service.
The Bartending course also includes your RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol), which is the only required qualification you need to legally serve alcohol in Melbourne or anywhere in Victoria.

WHAT YOU GET
This program provides you with the nationally recongised unit of competence
SITHFAB002 – Provide responsible service of alcohol
In addition to the nationally recognised unit of competence listed above. You will also learn from experienced Cocktail masters, leaving you with the ability to impress all-comers with your new found mixology skills!!

Pen, Photo Identification (ie. drivers license, passport, etc) and your imagination.
