Mark –
Long time drinker first time Brewer. I chose to do this course as a hobby interest, not a job and glad I did. The trainers did just know about coffee shops but had amazing stories of sourcing beans all over the world: Kenya, Columbia, Ethiopia and India. Who thought the origin stories of coffee we’re so extreme?
Sarah –
These guys love their coffee….like LOUUURRRRRVE it. It was like learning about picnic baskets from Yogi Bear. Recommend!!!!
